How we operate
- 01 Property walkthrough & shot list
We go through the property with you or the agent: the highlights, the plot boundaries, the angles that sell. That becomes the shot list — and the fixed price, before anything is booked.
- 02 Clearances & the best light
Where required we file the DIPUL/DFS airspace clearance; aerial capture over third-party property only with the owner's consent. The shoot is scheduled for golden hour or dusk, when the property looks its best.
- 03 Shoot: air, façade, interiors
High-resolution stills and 4K video in a single visit — aerial for the plot and its setting, façade from the ground, interiors on request. Packages 2 and 3 add the photogrammetry pass for the 3D model and 360° tour.
- 04 Listing-ready delivery in 3 working days
Colour-graded stills and a cut property video in the formats portals, listing PDFs, websites, and social media actually take. The 360° tour arrives as a finished link you can paste anywhere.
