How we operate
- 01 Site planning & DIPUL clearance
Official DIPUL/DFS airspace submission for the solar park coordinates. Flight grid optimised at 60 m altitude with 80% panel overlap — no area skipped.
- 02 Simultaneous thermal + RGB capture
The M4T's 640×512 thermal sensor and 48 MP RGB camera cover every panel in a single autonomous pass. Simultaneous data streams — one flight, complete coverage.
- 03 IEC 62446-3 hotspot classification
Custom AI classifier identifies hotspots, bypass diode failures, and micro-cracks by temperature differential (ΔT). Each anomaly automatically severity-rated: critical / minor / pass.
- 04 Report & portal delivery (48 h)
Standards-compliant PDF with panel-level GPS coordinates, thermal images, and severity scores. Interactive Leaflet.js anomaly map. Private client portal live within 48 hours.

How we operate
- 01 Boundary import & flight plan
Your field boundaries are imported and a multi-spectral flight path generated at 100 m altitude — optimised for NDVI computation with correct band overlap.
- 02 Multispectral data capture
The M4T captures near-infrared and red-band imagery simultaneously with RGB. Every pixel is RTK-georeferenced to ±2 cm absolute accuracy.
- 03 NDVI computation & zone delineation
Per-pixel NDVI index calculated across the entire field. Stress zones automatically delineated and ranked by severity — drought, disease, pest pressure.
- 04 Interactive map & GeoJSON export
Leaflet.js NDVI overlay on your farm boundaries. GeoJSON and KML exports ready for Trimble, QGIS, or precision agriculture platforms.

How we operate
- 01 Pre-dawn flight (4–6 AM)
Survey begins at 4–6 AM before mowing crews arrive. At this time the thermal contrast between fawn body heat and cool morning ground is highest — optimal detection window.
- 02 Systematic autonomous coverage
Grid flight ensures 100% field coverage with no missed strips. The 640×512 thermal sensor reliably distinguishes fawn heat signatures (37 °C) from ambient grass temperature.
- 03 Real-time ground team coordination
Each warm signature GPS-marked and communicated to the ground team by radio in real time. Fawns relocated immediately — mowing cleared to proceed behind the rescue crew.
- 04 Clearance confirmation & documentation
Rescue confirmation report with all GPS coordinates issued to the farmer. Documentation available for liability insurance and conservation records.
infra

How we operate
- 01 Route planning & corridor clearance
Flight path mapped along fence lines, power lines, or infrastructure routes. DIPUL/DFS corridor clearance filed — no ad-hoc flight.
- 02 112× zoom systematic visual pass
M4T flies at 40–80 m altitude. The 112× hybrid zoom captures component-level detail — wire insulation cracks, connector corrosion, pole base condition.
- 03 Simultaneous thermal anomaly scan
The 640×512 thermal sensor identifies overheating joints, failing insulators, and leakage currents in the same pass as the visual — one flight, two sensor streams.
- 04 Prioritised inspection report
Anomalies catalogued by GPS position and severity rating (critical / monitor / pass). Each finding supported by thermal + visual imagery. Report ready for maintenance planning.
